Over time, Brownes Dairy has grown to become WA’s most trusted brand and is the first choice for families. From the first moment the Nessabee Creative team walked through the Brownes Dairy office doors and saw the cow on the window, we knew that this collaboration was going to be unique and momentous.
Brownes Dairy approached Nessabee Creative to bring their brand to the modern day through effective strategy, reinvigoration of the brand identity, streamlining its portfolio and differentiating themselves from the competitors. Brownes Dairy has always held a strong market share in Australia as they are a beloved iconic brand. However, this also meant that specialised digital strategy and the unchartered realms of strategic marketing were a foreign concept to this Aussie icon. The company was eager to revitalise their stamp in the market and to create noise in a way that they once never considered.
Our approach was holistic, we ensured our messaging enhanced the iconic history of being the oldest dairy company in Australia but simultaneously steered clear from being outdated. We created a new mobile-friendly and highly optimised website, revitalised their social media presence and created a Facebook pixel refresh. We implemented a brand-new digital strategy that was previously non-existent (inclusive of analytics). Brownes Dairy also launched an integrated marketing campaign around their rebrand and website launch.
Through liaising with their IT team, we created an innovative contact form. We also integrated a careers module, making Brownes Dairy an employer of choice. We restructured Brownes Dairy’s brand architecture to optimise marketing spend.
